Ann was a terrific partner in helping us find our house in Charlotte. We had a few important requirements including a good school district and price threshold which were met with flying colors! We were also appreciative for her help in attempting to negotiate a lease/purchase agreement which can be complicated. Although this agreement did not come together, we couldn’t have done it without her steady hand to guide the other realtor (who had limited experience with this type of agreement) and work with our attorney. Timely responses to requests for information and keeping us in touch, particularly with respect to other parties, was very much appreciated.
